Place the unopened item in its original packaging along with the packing slip and ensure the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.

Send your package via a tracked courier service to our central warehouse address provided in your confirmation email to ensure safe delivery.

Once our quality control team inspects the seals and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
